Multi-Material Molding Area
Hybrid silicone-to-plastic and silicone-to-metal bonding -- producing complex pet products that combine functional structure with soft, food-safe surfaces.
Silicone + PP/ABS
Overmolding silicone grips, seals, and soft contact surfaces onto rigid plastic parts for pet feeders, bottles, and brushes.
Silicone + Metal
Primer-bonded silicone to stainless steel, aluminum, or zinc inserts -- ideal for structural strength with soft-touch exteriors.
Silicone + Fabric
Silicone dripping and lamination onto nylon, polyester, and textile for pet mats, collars, and non-slip accessories.
In-House Mold Tooling
Full in-house tooling capability -- from 3D structural design to CNC and EDM precision machining. We shorten tooling lead times and preserve full IP control for our clients.

Full-Spectrum Quality Inspection
Dedicated QC personnel with 5+ years of experience are stationed on every production line. Every batch undergoes standardized SOP testing -- from raw material inspection to final shipment.

Warehouse & Material Management
Organized, barcoded, and climate-regulated storage for raw materials, components, and finished goods -- supporting just-in-time production and global shipping schedules.
Finished Goods Warehouse
3,000+ sqm storage, FIFO rotation, barcoded SKU tracking.
Dedicated warehouse space for raw silicone, semi-finished parts, and packaged goods ready for export.
First-in, first-out inventory management ensures material freshness and traceability by batch code.
Every pallet is barcoded and digitally tracked within our MES/ERP system for real-time visibility.
Dedicated temperature and humidity-controlled zones for LSR materials and sensitive compounds.
