WHAT IS YOUR MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY (MOQ)?
MOQ varies by product type, customization level, and mold requirements. For standard products with minor customization (logo, color), MOQ is typically 500-1,000 pcs. For new mold development, MOQ is generally 1,000-3,000 pcs. Contact us with your specific product and we will confirm the applicable MOQ.
DO YOU PROVIDE SAMPLES BEFORE MASS PRODUCTION?
Yes. We provide pre-production samples for customer approval before mass production begins. Sample lead time is typically 7-15 business days depending on product complexity. Sample costs and shipping fees apply and are discussed during the quotation process.
CAN YOU HELP WITH PRODUCT DESIGN IF I ONLY HAVE AN IDEA?
Yes. Our ODM service includes product concept evaluation and design support. You can share a sketch, reference product, or written brief and our team will assess feasibility, suggest structures, and guide the development process through to mold making and sampling.
WHAT CERTIFICATIONS CAN YOUR PRODUCTS SUPPORT?
YMS supports product development to meet CE, FDA, LFGB, UL, RoHS, and REACH requirements. Raw materials are tested to RoHS and REACH standards. If your target market requires specific certifications, please mention this in your inquiry and we will advise on the appropriate material and process selection.
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY PROJECT IS SUITABLE FOR YMS?

For private label projects using existing product models, smaller trial orders may be possible depending on the product. For new mold development projects, a higher initial quantity is typically required to cover tooling investment.
