Industrial Design & Structural Optimization
Great aesthetics mean nothing if the geometry fights the mold. Our in-house ID team balances brand language, ergonomics, and silicone-specific structural logic.

Material & Hardness Selection
We select from 100% food-grade silicone grades -- solid or liquid -- matched to shore hardness, tear resistance, and the end-use scenario of your pet product.
Soft Grade

DFM -- Design for Manufacturability
Before cutting a single piece of steel, we run a comprehensive DFM review. This is where good designs become production-ready designs.

Flow Simulation
Mold-flow analysis to anticipate air traps, weld lines, and uneven curing.
Tolerance Mapping

Silicone-to-plastic, PP, or metal insert validation for over-molding reliability.
Cycle-Time Modeling

Step 05
Prototype & Rapid Sampling
Before investing in production tooling, we deliver functional prototypes you can hold, test, and present. We iterate fast -- often within 7-15 days per revision cycle.
Step 06
Mold Design & Trial
Once design intent is locked, we move to production tooling. Molds are designed in-house, machined on precision CNC and EDM, then validated through structured trial runs (T1, T2, T3).
Step 07
Testing & Product Validation
Every batch is subjected to performance and compliance testing -- because a pet product has to survive teeth, moisture, UV, and daily washing cycles.
Third-party certified. Globally compliant.
We coordinate testing with SGS, Intertek, and BV. Documentation is prepared for your import market -- no last-minute surprises at customs.

NPI & Mass Production Hand-off
New Product Introduction is where development meets factory floor. We align every workstation, SOP, and QC gate before the first container ships.
Pilot Run
500-2000 pcs trial batch to validate yield, cycle time, and defect rate.
SOP & QC Setup
